OC Ghosts & Legends prides itself on being a select team of individuals. We maintain a close-knit group where every member earns their place through skill, dedication, and contributions to our organization. When evaluating potential new team members, we consider a range of factors that determine suitability for our team. If you choose to apply, please be aware that we carefully review each application we receive.

We are seeking the following

Investigators (we will train the right people), tech handlers, tour guides, audio analysts, social media handlers, historical research, event coordination, etc. Please Note:  All team member positions are voluntary. Unless you are applying for the role of a tour guide, there is no compensation for team participation as an investigator or all other team positions/roles.  Applicants must be age 21+

OC Ghosts and Legends
Team Member Application

Fine Print

OC Ghosts and Legends is an organization dedicated to and specializing in anomalous and paranormal research. We keep our family small and value the respect and integrity we have earned in this field.

What sets our team apart is that regardless of the position you seek, every member fully engages in our team dynamic. Whether you’re an investigator, tour guide, researcher, photographer, or any other role, your contribution is essential to our operation. At OCGL, we are a close-knit family that supports one another through active participation in team experiences such as investigations, tours, trade shows, meetings, and more. By immersing yourself in these activities and fulfilling your responsibilities, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of both the field and our business.

All new team members begin with a 90-day probationary period to evaluate their participation, professionalism, willingness to learn, and reliability. We also retain the right to terminate membership at any point during this period.

We enforce a firm policy against “all play and no work”. Our work demands dedicated time and commitment. It extends far beyond the investigation itself; the preparation and follow-up are crucial components. If you seek only to participate in investigations without engaging in the essential pre and post tasks, this field or organization may not be suitable for you.

This is the primary reason for team members being terminated. We dedicate significant time and resources to training our team. When you commit to us, we commit to you. Please carefully consider all the above statements before applying.

All on-boarding team members must be willing to sign waivers of liability, non- disclosure and confidentiality agreements.

With all that has been discussed, we eagerly anticipate reviewing your application. If you seem to be a good match for our team, we will reach out to you. We also encourage you to follow up if you haven’t heard from us within 5-7 days (as we can get quite busy at times).

Good Luck!
