From 2017 to 2019, OC Ghosts & Legends conducted several private investigations at the Oman House. After gathering compelling evidence and experiences, we launched our first public Oman House LOCKDOWN events in 2019, which quickly became a fan favorite.

It has now been 55 years since Sharon Tate and four others were brutally murdered by the Manson Family on August 9th, 1969, at 10050 Cielo Drive in Beverly Hills, California. Today, the site of this horrific crime is known as “The House At The End of The Drive.” This tragedy remains one of the most infamous events in American history.
There’s no better place than The Oman House to truly experience the energy of this neighborhood and its tragic history.
History
In 1999, David Oman and his father purchased a plot of land just 150 feet from the site of the infamous 10050 Cielo Drive murders. Their house was completed in 2002, and ever since, the Oman House has gained a reputation for its bizarre paranormal activity.
Visitors from around the world drive through this notorious neighborhood, and the house has been featured on popular TV shows like *Ghost Adventures*, *Paranormal Witness*, *Ghost Hunters*, *My Ghost Story*, and more.
Reports of paranormal phenomena at the Oman House are numerous—sightings of apparitions, disembodied voices, doors closing by themselves, objects falling, light anomalies, and mysterious shadows. EVP recordings and moving objects continue to add to the house’s haunted legacy.

We just did a lockdown at Camino Del Rio Playhouse. The place was quite the hot bed of activity. For anyone who is going on an investigation for the first time, I would highly recommend this location. We had a mix of shadow figures, haunted objects, and unexplained phenomenon. The staff, Heather, Roger, Diane and crew, were very professional and helped facilitate the investigation by throwing out ideas on how to investigate and provided a variety of equipment to play with. I can't give enough stars to these guys! This is my second event, first being Bracken Fern Manor, can't wait for our next one.
