We highly advise following the order of experience or difficulty when joining our tours. That’s why we’ve established different levels.

Typically, more seasoned ghost enthusiasts opt for higher-level experiences. It’s crucial for everyone to grasp the basics of paranormal investigation, ensuring everyone’s on the same page. Each venue holds its uniqueness. Starting from the beginning provides a solid foundation for more enriching experiences. However, regardless of your expertise, all are welcome to join any experience they prefer.

The most frequent reason for not receiving our email confirmation is that it may have ended up in your spam or junk folder. Please check there first if you haven’t received it.

Each tour is tailored to suit the attendees, with no predefined script. Our tour guides aim to craft a unique experience for each group. This means you can embark on the same tour multiple times and encounter something different each time.

To ensure everyone’s enjoyment and safety during our tours and events, we have strict policies regarding smoking and alcohol consumption.

Smoking, as well as being under the influence of alcohol, have proven to be highly disruptive during tours and lockdown events. While we want everyone to have a fantastic time, excessive alcohol consumption before a tour/lockdown can lead to disturbances. Therefore, we cannot permit anyone with alcohol on their person during the tour/lockdown itself. We aim to maintain an atmosphere where all participants can engage and enjoy their experience without interference.

Additionally, smoking, including the use of vapor pens, is not permitted during our tours/lockdowns.  Smoke can create anomalies in photographs, often mistaken for supernatural phenomena. Furthermore, some individuals may be sensitive to smoke, and in certain venues like Black Star Canyon, smoking poses a significant fire hazard and liability.

We take our no-smoking and alcohol policy seriously, reserving the right to refuse service or admission to anyone who does not comply. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in ensuring that everyone in attendance has a memorable and enjoyable time!

We advocate for a natural experience and cannot promise or deny encountering anything paranormal during our tours.

Numerous patrons have reported unexplained occurrences. Please recognize that such experiences are beyond our control. When applicable, we furnish you with the necessary tools and lead you to notable areas, but we cannot assure paranormal activity.

We offer both Public Tours and/or Lockdowns and Private Tours and/or Lockdowns to accommodate different preferences:

Public Tours/Lockdowns: These activities are open to everyone and can be booked by purchasing tickets for the scheduled tour listed on our booking calendar. During a Public activity, you’ll join other participants outside of your own group.

Private Tours/Lockdowns: Our private activities provide a premium, exclusive experience tailored to your private group. Whether it’s for family members, friends, co-workers, or a special celebration like an anniversary, Private activities offer customization and flexibility. You have the freedom to choose the date and time of the activity, making it a personalized experience catered specifically to your group’s needs and preferences.

We’re delighted if you’ve connected with a specific team member or tour guide! You’re more than welcome to request a particular guide or team member for your tour or Lockdown.

While we can’t guarantee that your request will be fulfilled, we’ll make every effort to accommodate it to the best of our ability.

We provide a variety of tours and events, so remember to consult our booking calendar for the latest schedule of upcoming tours. Each tour or event has its own duration, with some general time frames as follows:

– San Juan Capistrano Ghost Tour: Approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes
– Black Star Canyon Ghost Walk: Around 2.5 hours

Please note that private tours may have slightly longer durations than those listed above.
